Explorer

Explorer is a 2d platformer-type game, made with the python module 'pygame'. 

The goal of the game is to pass all the 30 levels. During your journey, you will explore new areas (called 'zones' in the game), fight different enemies and defeat each zones's boss.  In Explorer you can:

•      Buy and upgrade weapons.
•      Buy ammo and potions.
•      Use health potions to gain health and shield potions to get protected by lava, thorns, lava craters and mud.
•      Kill enemies and bosses to gain xp, level up and unlock new equipment.
•      Open chests to get random equipment.
•      Change your player's styling by coloring his hat, face, belt and body.
•      Make up to 4 profiles.

    The default controls are:

-- a for moving left

-- d for moving right

--space for jumping

--e for opening chests and picking items

--1,2,3,4 for changing weapons

--5,6 for health and shield potions

!! You can always change the controls at the controls menu !!

Important! Check the Instructions menu if you need help.

In order to play you have to follow these steps:

1.  Download the file.
2.  Unzip the file.
3.  Select Project.exe.
4.  Create a profile (click the cross-button, then type at least 3 characters and press enter).
5.  Select a profile.
6.  Select the level you want to play at the Levels menu (do this each time you want to repeat a level or play at a different level).
7.  Go back to the main menu and click Game.
